Enlightened is a really solid show. What I like most about it is that depending on the situation, you’ve either been the crazy person or you’ve been dealing with the crazy person. Depending on your perspective, Amy can be seen as totally reasonable or you’re in your head screaming: “Stop it! Just stop now and walk away!” There are comments made to people and by people in this show that I can point to my life and nod and say: “Oh yeah, I’ve had a jerk say that to me.” Or I’ll think: “Oh God. I’ve done that.” Then wince.
This show is incredible.
